LiveWell Foundation
The peer-led mental health movement that's making a difference
Our Mission
The LiveWell Foundation’s mission is to create a healthier and more equitable society by putting free and effective depression support, education and prevention into the hands of people themselves.
Our Approach & Impact

Reimagining
Peer Support
Not all peer support is created equal. By combining peer support with high-quality psychoeducation, we are leveraging social networks for widespread individual behavioral changeā.ā

Connection
"as Medicine"
We foster supportive peer networks in which hope, resilience and wellbeing thrive. Research shows people recover from depression faster with peer support.

Self-Empowerment through Education
The LiveWell Program® is a Guided Self-Care behavioral health curriculum designed to teach people the skills they need to manage their own depression and relapse prevention.
